Elaine W. Senra, Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra LLB, 1994-1998. Master in International Commerce, APEC University, 2001. She practices in the corporate and business area, focusing in contract and foreign investment law, technology and intellectual property law. She has worked as the Legal Director of a reputable international tourist and real estate complex located in the Dominican Republic, where she acted as in- house legal counsel for more than five years, being in charge of all the legal aspects of the complex, participating in all national and international transactions related to the development, operation and financing of the tourist project. Mrs. Senra also worked for five years in the Pellerano & Herrera law firm, as an associate attorney on the Foreign Investment Department.



Universidad de la Tercera Edad, LLB, 1995-2000. Certification Program in Civil Procedural Law, Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, 1999-2000. Mrs. Sánchez´s practice focuses on Immigration Law, primarily in the jurisdictions of Dominican Republic, United States and Spain. She also practices Civil Law with significant experience on Family Law. She is an active member of the Asociación de Abogados de Migración (ASOMIGRA) in the Dominican Republic, and is also an International Associate of the Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She worked for more than 14 years in the law firm of Doctora Yadira Morel, until she joined Legal Frame, Cabral-Senra & Consultants as a partner on June 2012. Carolina Sánchez is currently in charge of the Immigration and Family Law Department of this Law Firm.


Juan Carlos

Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra LLB, Cum Laude, 1994-1998. Master in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation, Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, 2001. Mr. González focuses his practice in banking law, civil and commercial law and litigation. He has extensive experience advising financial institutions on complex transactions including real estate matters. He has vast experience handling wide array of commercial, civil and labor litigation and disputes. Mr. González has worked on credit recovery and debt transactions. Before joining Legal Frame, Cabral-Senra & Consultants as partner, he acted as an Associate Attorney of the law firm GM Consultores Legales where he worked for over 12 years (1999-2011) with particular focus in real estate law, financial, corporate and litigation. He was also in charge of the Front Office Department and Director of the Litigation Department (administrative credit recovery and foreclosures). Juan Carlos González acted as legal assistant and attorney at the law firm Castaños & Castaños for more than 4 years. Mr. González is currently in charge of the Litigation and Credit Recovery Department of this Law Firm.
